The overnight squad crew was alerted for an accident with entrapment in the city of Hagerstown.  City crews had already begun extrication when the squad arrived, however, the squad crew was able to assist with efforts.  Unfortunately the passenger did not survive the accident.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
