After participating in 30 hours of probationary company training, these 5 volunteers are now qualified to ride apparatus as “Non-Certified.”  They are able to perform all task on a fire-ground  with the exception of entering a dangerous to life and health environment. Probationary training is a great stepping stone for the Firefighter I program through the  Maryland Fire and Rescue  Institute.  They will begin that program in August.
